it Used for control external and internal parasites such as Lice , scabies , Mange , Mites , Ticks , and Biting lice , gastrointestinal roundworms , lungworm nfections, oestriasis .
Ivermectin belongs to the group of avermectins and acts against roundworms and parasites.
Administration to lactating animals.
Cattle.camels , Buffalo , Sheep , Goats & Rabbits 1 ml / 50 kg B.W Given once by S.Q only – In case of mange mites ,repeat the dose after 15 days.
– For meat
Calves, cattle, goats and sheep: 28 days.
Swine: 21 days.
Environmental studies indicate that when ivermectin comes in contact with the soil, it readily and
tightly binds to the soil and becomes inactive over time.
Free ivermectin may adversely affect fish and some water borne organisms on which they feed.
<strong>Precautions:</strong>
Do not permit water runoff from feedlots to enter lakes, streams or ponds.
Do not contamina¬te water by direct application or the improper disposal of drug containers.
Dispose of containers in an approved landfill or by incineration.
